Elevator rope DRAKO 250T from the German manufacturer fy PFEIFER.
A customer-focused and cost-optimized solution for individually designed and more frequented lifts. This rope is successfully used as a load-bearing rope in diameters up to 13 mm and also as a speed limiter rope. Using our TÜV Süd conformity control certificate CA067, the application of steel ropes Ø ≤ 8 mm with a reduced D/d ratio is possible, i.e. on ropeways with a diameter smaller than 40 times the rope diameter. The DRAKO 250T rope is an established steel core with 8 outer strands in the Warrington design and is also suitable for indirect hydraulic lifts according to EN 81-2.
Properties:
- 8-strand steel core rope
- very low D/d ratio up to a diameter of 8 mm
- the required driving torque is significantly reduced
- space saving for indirect hydraulic lifts thanks to very small pulleys
