The R4N HORIZONTAL tensioning device from fy PFB is designed to provide the necessary tension for the overspeed governor rope located in the machine room or elevator shaft. The tensioning device is attached as standard to the main guide of the cabin, along which the overspeed governor rope runs. The tensioning device contains an iron block, which, with the help of a lever and gravity, supplies the necessary tension to the rope.
The diameter of the pulley is 200 mm and the weight of the weight itself is 22 kg.
The R4N HORIZONTAL tensioning device is used with speed limiter cables with diameters of 6 mm / 6.5 mm. The device is delivered already assembled, which speeds up its installation.
