The geared drum machine M93T from the Italian manufacturer MONTANARI GIULIO is a drum version of the geared machine M93, with a high number of gear ratios, suitable for installations up to 900 kg load capacity or for lifting heavy loads. The design of the M93 geared machine as a drum M93T allows it to be used on elevators in residential or public buildings where a drum elevator was originally installed, or the dimensions of the shaft do not allow the use of a standard traction elevator concept with a counterweight. The drum is available in different sizes according to the style of rope winding. The maximum winding for a drum with a diameter of 400 mm is 27 m and for a drum with a diameter of 480 mm it is 25 m. The M93T machine can be used with rope diameters of 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14mm.
