Safety system for detecting and preventing unintentional movement of the elevator car (UCM).
A system cooperating with various manufacturers of limiters and interceptors with each other and controlled by this NPK module.

The NPK module was developed by the Slovak manufacturer of TVRDEX switchboards in close cooperation with the Slovak TUV, was strictly certified and meets all valid standards.

The NPK fully replaces the D-Box and has two important features in addition to the D-Box - it allows the door safety circuit to be bypassed during cab leveling in the station and allows the cab door to open before the cab reaches the station.

It also allows you to select a variant of the length of the signal per coil - standard 1 minute, optionally 5 s

NPK module cooperates with most types of catchers and limiters on the market, Dynatech, Montanari, Cobianchi, PFB, etc. It allows a large variability of components used according to current customer needs.

The manufacturer issues a cover certificate for the combination of selected safety components - NPK module - catcher - limiter.

Specifications:

Power supply: 12V DC (even from a normal battery)
For safety circuit: 48V AC or 230V AC
For A3 coils: 12 V DC and 24 V DC
UCM detection: Using one, two or three position sensors
Fault detection: Simple fault detection with 4 LEDs with error display
Error memory: Permanent memorization of an error condition according to EN 81-20
Settings: No settings are required for the NPK module
Mounting: On a DIN rail (directly in the elevator switchboard)
